Dr. Derek Eagan purchased an existing practice only to discover that it wasn’t worth the purchase price. He was spinning his wheels trying to gain traction and grow the business. The financial clock was ticking every month and even though he was working hard he wasn’t gaining ground. Immediately after joining Aligned things started changing for the better! His new patient processing improved and his visits began to grow significantly. Month after month there was an increase! He reached a point where new patients were put on a wait list and which continues to this day. He has now added an associate and continues to grow year after year!
